I've been doing Move House consistently and it's quickly become my favorite workout! After trying a lot of classes in Hoboken, MH is the one that stands out. I love that I am always challenged and the class never gets easier. I've seen great results in my strength and above all, it's FUN!

Love Marissa’s classes! They are challenging but I leave feeling stronger and excited to come back. I especially love her move house mama classes. I can confidently say as a 2nd time mom, that Marissa’s classes have been instrumental in helping me reconnect with my body and build my core strength post-baby. It’s also a huge bonus that we can bring our babies to the class. It makes finding time to work out without having to line up childcare a really big plus. And it’s a great way to meet other moms. The studio is clean and gorgeous. I highly recommend Move house to everyone!
